To get started with HiBizCloud  follow these steps to set up your business management system:

 

  1. Register for a 30-Day Free Trial

You can explore all features risk-free by creating a trial account:

  • Visit the official HiBizCloud Sign-Up page.
  • Select your preferred initial Package Type (Basic or Pro) and the intended Number of Users.
  • The Free License grants unrestricted access for 30 days to help you determine which features best suit your business. 

 

  1. Configure Your Business Profile

Once logged in via the Login Portal, customize the system to match your operational model:

  • Set Business Type: Choose between service-based, product-based, or a hybrid of both.
  • Enable Features: Toggle specific modules (like Payroll or LPOs) on or off based on your current needs.
  • Brand Your Documents: Upload your business logo and name to appear on generated receipts, invoices, and reports. 

 

  1. Choose a Subscription Plan

After your trial, you can transition to a paid monthly, quarterly, or annual plan. Prices are structured as follows:
