To get started with HiBizCloud follow these steps to set up your business management system:
- Register for a 30-Day Free Trial
You can explore all features risk-free by creating a trial account:
- Visit the official HiBizCloud Sign-Up page.
- Select your preferred initial Package Type (Basic or Pro) and the intended Number of Users.
- The Free License grants unrestricted access for 30 days to help you determine which features best suit your business.
- Configure Your Business Profile
Once logged in via the Login Portal, customize the system to match your operational model:
- Set Business Type: Choose between service-based, product-based, or a hybrid of both.
- Enable Features: Toggle specific modules (like Payroll or LPOs) on or off based on your current needs.
- Brand Your Documents: Upload your business logo and name to appear on generated receipts, invoices, and reports.
- Choose a Subscription Plan
After your trial, you can transition to a paid monthly, quarterly, or annual plan. Prices are structured as follows:
